A train station is near the hotel, very central location. It has both absolutely kind and pleasant staff. The ambiance is quiet. Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the street.

The hotel room was very clean and had working cold ac. The bathroom was very nice, new, and clean. They offered a nice breakfast for free. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful. The bed was not too hard, as compared to many Italian hotels. I was pleasantly surprised!
I wished they offered shampoo and conditioner. That would have made the stay perfect.

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to Metro, Train and Bus. Rooms are neat and comfortable.
The breakfast is limited and not a buffet type, as the arrangement is in a different hotel located nearby.

The room was quite clean
The bathroom was tiny and barely possible to squeeze inside. The bathroom towels that were present when we arrived seemed used and were threadbare and stained. One has to pay extra to be allowed use the airconditioner/heater in the room. Breakfast consists of being given a voucher for a cappucino and croissant and having to go to a nearby cafe to use it.

hotel?? not a hotel! there is no reception desk on the ground! The elevator is 60cm with, even your luggage can not fit in! The owner was unbleavably rude, I certainly do not recommend this hotel(!). There are many hotels around and I suggest to have a look at all and than decide. also the pictures in the websites are very deceptive.

Excellent location, short walking distance from the Central Station providing great connection with the rest of the city. Many nice coffee bars and places to grab food in this area. Comfy bed for the end of hectic day. Hotel near Termini station, perfect for low-budget travelers. Good WiFi. Helpful receptionist. Clean toilets and serviced everyday. Mini fridge and TV available in the room. Safe embedded on the wall, free for use.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.
